Was very pleased with everything about this property. The room was large, comfortable and quiet, with firm, clean bedding. The lake view was beautiful, with multiple geese families. There is a good dining option, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection in a large, attractive room facing the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful, identifying a more convenient room due to mobility issues. Highly recommend.

We chose this hotel specifically because there was an Indian restaurant in it and my in laws needed that. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. I really liked the soap products, there was a heat lamp and they weren't stingy with the towels. The hotel is on a lake and both the breakfast room and the restaurant have lakeside views. There is a 24 hr Nespresso machine and tea options. The hotel was also a short driving distance from museums etc The whole family liked the restaurant. Thank you for an excellent stay

The Black Swan exceeded our expectations for a family getaway weekend. The location on Laurel Lake is beautiful, with kayaks available for rental and Adirondack chairs to lounge lakeside. Rooms have all been upgraded, with comfortable beds, nice amenities, and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, and complimentary continental breakfast options were abundant. The hotel is located just outside downtown Lee, and very convenient to area attractions in Stockbridge, Lenox, Pittsfield and surroundings. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake was gorgeous, staff was extremely helpful, fabulous continental breakfast spread. The floors are some what thin so if your downstairs and there are kiddos upstairs it can be a bit loud but didn’t bother us much.

Very nice clean property. Staff is wonderful, especially housekeeping staff is outstanding. Get the room facing the lake for some spectacular morning views and evening views. The MINT Indian restaurant on the property is wonderful. Breakfast is decent, but if you don't like this option there were plenty of restaurants 2 min drive from the property downtown in Lee. Overall an excellent stay, our kids loved it.

Beautiful view from Lakefront room. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was pretty standard, one special feature is an automatic pancake maker. The pancakes were not bad and it was a big hit with some kids watching it. The Indian restaurant in the hotel was excellent and quite busy. My only criticism is that the paint on the balcony was peeling and rough.

My family stayed here for two nights. We enjoyed paddle boarding on the lake and just having a drink lake side. Comfy and cozy beds.
