This hotel was a great family and pet friendly choice. It was close enough to some action, but far away enough from the craziness of the boardwalk area. Very quiet area and great views. Most of the guests were families, and they always had some sort of event planned to try and entertain the little ones. Glad we went with this hotel and woukd definitely stay again.

We stayed with my 3 kids for 5 days. The room gave us lots of space, the bathroom had shelves and extra hooks for towels. Loved having our own kitchen for small meals. Will definitely book again.

Love coming here. We usually stay here off season. Why? Because there are too many kids running in the halls with no one corralling them. I love the pool area but again the kids were unsupervised. We watched one child dump his smoothie into the pool. Off season is pleasant and the staff is awesome.

The receptionist Paola showed exceptional service. She was always very helpful and took care of our family's specific needs with a cheerful demeanor. We were very pleased.

We checked in at 11:30pm and they had given us a handicapped accessible room however no one in my family is handicapped. So we went downstairs to request a room change and at first she said that they were almost fully booked and then I showed her what room we booked and she said that she needs to get her manager. The manager came and instead of the room we requested she upgraded us free of charge. It was such a nice surprise.
