I chose to stay a second night due to a family member being in the hospital. This room was not as clean as my first room the previous night but comfortable. It is probably time for a refresh of this room as there was a faint mildew smell in the room.

The service good and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool so our children could swim; however, the water was so cold, they couldn’t bare it. I also assume that at over $200/night, some type of breakfast would be included, but this was not the case. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Hotel staff was friendly and met all our needs, room was comfy, showers were hot. Only downside was the indoor pool was freezing, too cold to use and that’s the only reason we stayed was the pool for the kids so we didn’t really get our moneys worth.

Our room was clean and ready when we checked in. Bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels. Only negative was the jacuzzi wasn’t hot. We asked about it and was told it had been turned down due to children using it the night before. There was no attempt to fix this for us. Otherwise our stay was pleasant .

Everything was great except a comment by the front desk that we might need to use room towels for the pool because kids were swiping them. It didn't happen, but it didn't seem welcoming. Oh, and the pool could use some heating.
