Fantastic hotel where they treat you like family. Fantastic service from Sabrina, Rochelle and Shirley.

Hotel was great for a night stopping over on a long drive for the night. The pool was a good activity for the kids, though not super clean. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was perfect and workout room was equipped for a morning fitness activity.

Poorly trained front desk clerk told me to look inside my key packet to find out what my room number was.Are you kidding me? Our greeters now days in the hospitality industry are too lazy to actually give the GUEST their room number when they ask for it. So weak and unprofessional. The attitude was like "just look it up yourself dummy". No one should be given their room key like that.People want kindness and helpfulness after traveling.The guest is not an inconvenience ! So called front desk guy spolied it for me.GET IT FIXED !

Rooms are very clean!! Good hotel to stay with kids, we went for a baseball tournament and we had a great time!

The lobby was great for kids

Hotel allowed an event and people to go well past “quiet hours”. We’re fine with it. My wife, our son got there at 11pm just to rest for the night. Walked in to an obnoxious hotel, children running the halls all night, 2 patrol officers pulled up because of disturbances, nothing changed. Outlet receptacle boxes literally not fastened into the walls and hanging out. Worst stay We’ve had. Will avoid, no matter how convenient the area is

The hotel's appearance is very nice. Very clean and customer service was excellent. Lobby was very welcoming and up to date. The games were a nice touch, but I could not play anything with my 14 year old daughter as a couple was right in the area drinking alcohol. The hotel does not have a bar, they brought in a 12 pack. Couple of things that would need to be taken into consideration: 1, the walls are not soundproof - I was woke at midnight by a whole group of family/friends singing happy birthday to someone in a room. Do not know where the room was. Also from my room I could hear a baby cry at times. Not a good night sleep at all. 2, the fridge was extremely noisy - had to unplug for the whole night. It is just under a small table so there was nothing to block the noise. Breakfast was great. A lot of choice. But, I do not think I would stay there again based on the thin walls.
