I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My children enjoyed going to the pool daily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I am in the DC metro area again, I will definitely book my stay at the hotel again.

Was very upset that i paid for my 2 kids and the hotel couldnt accommodate fornthem even know inpaid them too. My 2 kids had to sleep on the floor! Im not happy about that! Especially i paid almost $300 for 1 night!

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. Our family enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the bagels and grinds restaurant. Our room came with free garage parking which was nice because all around the area parking was metered. The metro station is also close by to take you into DC. All in all we had a very nice stay!

Obviously new. Posh. Comfortable beds. Very close to metro station but not currently walkable (with young kids) due to construction. Free parking.

The property is very well maintained. The staff is friendly. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights at first. I still don’t know how to turn on the Television because you have to get wi-fi password from the front desk. So I never got a chance to watch tv. But who does that on vacation anyway. I was very disappointed when the pool was not in service. This was the only reason why we chose this hotel. The kids like to go swimming and it was advertised that there was an indoor pool. It was closed until further notice. But other than that, the gym was wonderful. The rest of the property was great.

It’s a great hotel, annually we visit for a football game and this was the perfect hotel for our family. Clean, nice rooms and steps from campus. Can’t wait to be back next year.

The man that checked me in was rude when I questioned the rate. He said "just sign the totals correct". Then i asked for sheets for pull out bed at 8pm & again at 9pm and finally at 9:30. Needless to say they never arrived. Restaurant was closed - not mentioned online. No bellman or carts to help with luggage. Great location if you're visiting a child at UMD. Nice hotel & room pkg but Service & Hospitality was 2 out of 10. **These were not student employees
