Great stay. Good breakfast and a nice workout room and pool. It was fun watching your children getting swimming lessons

We were in to visit family over Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. We did pay for parking and that wasn’t listed in the description but we expected to pay for it.

The hotel is very nice. There was an indoor and outdoor pool option which we did not use. We were in town to visit family. I would stay there again.

We stayed one night : 2 adults and 2 kids.
Hotel has a very good planning of the rooms, as suits has separate bedroom and living room with sofa bed, both room has entrances to the washroom. You can feel privacy even if you are traveling with kids. Very very good breakfast! Everyone can find what to eat and don’t be hungry.
We didn’t like dirty corridors and elevators old pools and dirty windows in main areas. This hotel needs more cleaning.

This was one of the best places I've EVER stayed in! Our family loved it. Everything was clean and convenient. Excellent breakfast and lots of options. Free drinks and snacks each evening. The 2 pools and hot tub were highlights for our kids. The free laundry on each floor was a great addition and we used it multiple times. Parking was safe and easy. We loved this place! The staff were all really nice too.

Overall a great stay. Our family of 4 fit comfortably In the suite. The staff was helpful, kind, and very courteous. The location is close to many shopping and food options, but not walking distance. The location was close to multiple highways that made it convenient to travel to the local attractions.
A few minor issues with our room, but again the staff took care of it immediately.
The breakfast is delicious and evening reception a wonderful bonus.
We had a wonderful stay and hope to return for cherry blossom festival.

Everything was great except for the pool. My family of four went down to use the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of service. Fine. The doors were all marked with “swim at your own risk,” and that “children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.” When we arrived, a family was already using the indoor portion of the pool, which is not that big. Our crew headed to the outside portion, but we were told by a “lifeguard” that we had to stay inside. He offered no explanation whatsoever and the pool appeared to be otherwise fine; it’s literally the same pool as the inside pool because they are connected. The “lifeguard” who was dressed and in tennis shoes, then sat down and stared at all of us, very obviously annoyed, and continued to nod off in his chair, sleeping. We were so uncomfortable that we left within 15 minutes. We did not have room to swim about without interrupting the other family who had much smaller children, yet weren’t permitted to use the other empty part of the pool. My husband tried inquiring at the front desk and was told the “lifeguard” was a contractor and they had no control over what he did. Considering it’s the hotel’s pool, and the guests paid to use the POOL, which wasn’t otherwise closed for maintenance, we found this very troubling, especially considering the “lifeguard” was not guarding anything. He was sleeping. It was apparent he did not want guests in the other area because he didn’t want to have to do his job.
