Property itself was nice. The shower was either HOT or COLD, no in between. Little kids were running around the fitness center playing with and jumping on the equipment and I went to the front desk because I had to move 3 times due to them getting in my way and being disruptive. They did nothing and I was there for another 25 minutes. We ordered drinks at the bar and were charged $2 more each than what the price on the menu stated.

Great location, great service and amenities all around. We visit family yearly in Potomac area so this hotel is the best location. I hate that you still have to pay for parking but everything else is fine

Our family of five stayed at this property for a week while our daughter was in a conference. We had issues from the moment we checked in. It took over 30 minutes for a basic, two adjoining rooms check in. We called Marriott beforehand and requested certain room types and the front desk knew nothing about it and did not grant it. In addition, the person checking us in put an accidental hold of almost $800 on my debit card (he charged my card three different times for only two rooms). It was an absolute mess to resolve. The front desk people (Maria and several others) were not super helpful in resolving it. Housecleaning was very helpful. Pool person very friendly & helpful. Amazing restaurant and staff at restaurant very helpful. Front desk of hotel…not so much.
