We had a very nice 2 night stay here with our family! The breakfast was great. Everyone was comfortable and the beds were comfy too. Only thing that could be updated was the bathtub. It looked a little worn and the toiletry dispensers needed to be cleaned better. There was visible soap and a hair from the last person who stayed there. The overall size and amenities in the room and on the grounds were fantastic and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

There's was no room in pool - no seating available outdoors - grill taken and basketball court all taken over by a child's birthday party
Unable to enjoy pool with footballs flying at me and they party left dirty diapers at poolside and trash over flowed

Was good only thing I didn’t like about room was that kids had to come through bedroom to get to bathroom. Just an inconvenience. Besides that enjoyed our stay

Family of four stuck in BWI overnight due to weather related cancellation of our flight. After seeing a 8.4 rating and a 1 bedroom suite available so booked it. Our first room assignment was directly across the hall from a Domestic Violence with 2 police officers call where the front desk had to “lock the women out of their room because they were avoiding the officers”. I told her “we’d have to step over the meth head to enter our room, the woman was being yelled at by the officer because the name she was giving didn’t match her ID and I did not love that my children just had to witness that.” She said she’d reassign our room to a different building. I was not happy she chose the first assignment in the first place knowing the police were on scene and they had to lock them out of the room. She apologized and said she’d find us a “nice room” Once in the new room it was terribly used and damaged. I hope the red stains on the sofa bed mattress and carpet was just juice or wine, there was white sticky candy or frosting in the carpet, the sofa cushions looked like they were chewed on by a dog. My children slept ON TOP of the sofa since the mattress was disgusting! This was a “nice room”????? So gross!

I like the fact that they had pleather as furniture because it's easy to clean and does not keep bed bugs but however people are torn is furniture so they need to mend the furniture, the entrance area door never locked I did not like that I believe they kept it unlocked the safe staff from walking over to have to let people in in case the key card didn't work into the building not into the hotel room but the building and the rug was dirty going into the building they should have a runner down which they clean it, other than the sofa being torn and areas of some of the rugs being snagged the hotel room was fine the entrance outside needs to be cleaned and taking care of a little better and trash needs to be empty and tell us to stop putting the trash and the cigarette holder they should have a dumpster or something close since families do stay there weekly

Everything was great! Except the pool hours. The pool is open from 11am to 7pm, so if check in is at 4pm you have to rush to spend time in the pool and then checkout is at 11 the next day and the pool
Doesn’t open until then. The pool situation is not fair especially when you’re being ing your kids to use the pool.

We have stayed at this property a few times with no issues. This time was fine but a few things to note which made this experience less stellar than past. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes in the lobby for someone to check in as there was no one to greet me when I arrived. When I checked in, room was already paid for by booking via third party, they asked for card and charged it $100 (without telling me) as a holding fee for incidentals. It was not until I received an alert from my bank, did I know I was going to be charged. Had I known, I could have made appropriate accommodations to avoid issue. I also tried to discuss this with the front desk attendant, and he was rude and dismissive as I was just trying to explain conveying this information up front, would have been the right and appropriate thing to do for whoever is working at the front desk and could have saved me issues, $$, etc. After checking in, I tried to call down to the desk to let them know of the damage that was done to the furniture in our room so we would not be responsible. The front desk phone rang constantly with no one to pick up.
Hotel location is rather quiet.
We were in and out for less than 24 hours for a family event so I did not have time or energy to address these details further, but maybe my review will save someone the headache.

Don’t understand the high overall rating of this place. I would recommend this hotel for out of town construction workers. Wouldn’t recommend for families. It’s very rough around the edges.
