The only cons I had was the room smelt a bit like smoke upon check in but my baby was not bothered by it. The pool was also closed. However everything else was really great. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Perfect weekend stay!

While not all bad, this place just seemed off from the moment we checked in. The employee at the desk didn't seem very energetic about dealing with anyone, not just my family, and we got almost no information on things as she handed the key card over.
After getting to the room, we could smell strong chemical odors from the bathroom, as though they just sprayed all over and called it good. Not something we wanted to bring our 1-year-old into after an 9-hour drive. As we got our stuff put on the bed, we noticed that there were bits of food on the chair, the floor and near the AC unit from a previous guest that was not cleaned up by housekeeping.
We also found a full, frozen wine bottle in the fridge when we went to put some of our bottles of water and our little one's water bottle in, which was obviously from a past guest as well.
We addressed this to the front desk and all they told us was "Well, guess you get free wine". This is not what you should hear when addressing a messy room.
We cleaned up what we could just to keep our little one from touching anything, but it was still disappointing.
For breakfast, we couldn't even bring our little one down with us, as they don't offer high chairs or booster seats, which seems odd with how many families probably come here.
Exploring the room more after the Orioles game, we noticed patches of rug that were damaged and even a stray wire coming from the AC!
Definitely not a family friendly hotel! Will not stay here again! Do better!

The site says 24 hours for customer service no one answered after holding for 19-20 minutes. When I made my reservation I specifically said 1 adult and 2 children I asked for 2 queen beds she (my sister) was given a room with 1King siz bed. when I realized the situation it was virtually impossible to contact anyone by phine to fix the problem. I did the chat to fix the reservation and obviously it was not corrected. When my sister arrived she was told the hotel was all booked up and there was nothing she could do. there was no attempt to call a sister hotel to help resolve the issue. I am atravel agent and will NOT put any of my clients thru this. I am so glad I experienced this on a personal level to make sure I know what they would have EXPERIENCED!!! EXPEDIA WOULD NOT BE AN OPTION!!!

I came through the front door. It was kids hollering everywhere dogs everywhere. I left right back out never checked it.

WELL......I booked a night stay with my credit card 8 days prior to arriving at the BWI airport La Quinta. My family was on vacation and we knew we were not going to arrive back to Baltimore Airport and get to the hotel until well after midnight. We had kids going south 2 hours away and we were going north 3 hours away and to be SAFE we booked a room for 5/24-5/25.
When we arrived the night auditor bluntly said we don't have your room. I said you have to have it because it was booked and I showed her the proof of booking and charge to my credit card. She said that an employee must have sold it earlier in the day to someone else (second charge for the same room- Double Dipping). She fully accepted blame on behalf of the hotel.
I told her that I owned a business and that she should make it right since it was now 2:45am. We got the manager on the phone which was rude and unhelpful.
There were 3 groups arriving after 3:00am and that there were no other rooms available in the whole hotel.
The manager refused to help find another hotel in the area. The night auditor was apologetic at the end but was not able to MAKE IT RIGHT!!
She said she would be sure that our money was refunded and gave me the general managers number to call. After 3 calls to Bryant without any return call from him....I gave up.

Online it shows a pool, when my family arrived they said the pool was closed due to a crack in the pool

We were there for family business. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. However, the bed was lumpy and the bed was most uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were limited at best. We had stayed in years past but after this time we're not sure we'll be back.

There communication is horrible we were left outside the air port for an hour! Had to cal five times and it was only our fifth call that she told us we were in the wrong place for pickup. We were traveling with a child and had already sat in an airport for 6 hrs then flew for 4 hrs, not that was the hotels fault but at 11pm at night they should be more aware and ask or tell us the right meeting place.
