Fantastic staff and property. Room size meets my family’s needs (3 kids) and bonus points that we can travel with our pup who doesn’t board well (traumatized rescue). Have been a return customer and will be back. Thank you!

My family stayed here for one night on our way to Pennsylvania. We have a baby under one and a three year old. The staff made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the space was clean. Our room was spacious and we loved that we had the sink and full refrigerator/freezer. We were able to store our food and refresh our ice packs. The pool was very nice as well. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay in one again soon!

Everyone of the staff was super friendly, our room was very clean, my children told me I freeze them, so our first night I got extra blankets they still said they was cold and a staff member gave me a comforter. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I don’t really have anything to complain about but if I did, I would have to say maybe their breakfast. They had a wide variety of things to choose from even hot sandwiches but when it came to yogurt they only had Greek.

So delighted with this lovely well kept property. Fully stocked rooms for those, like us, who like to have a meal in the room—fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery! Our only wishlist would be a more modest pet fee ($50 per pet is a stretch!) and a warmer indoor pool for the kiddos.

My fiancé and two sons and myself stayed here for two nights. Our satay was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would recommend you look into this hotel to stay with your family and friends of you happen to be in the Maryland (Hagerstown/D.C area)

We've stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family. It is always clean, the staff is always incredibly helpful, the breakfasts are great and the kids love the pool. It's been wonderful every time!

Staff was very friendly (thank you Andrea) and hotel was in great condition. Lots of food choices at breakfast which was nice for kids who are picky eaters. Only wish was that there was a hot tub with the pool.
