The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shampoos and lotions were very much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable with multiple chairs to choose to sit on. The breakfast was excellent and the staff that maintained it was exceptional. Even though it had snowed 8", the parking lot and entrance areas were clean and maintained for safety. We would recommend the Hampton Inn at Hagerstown to friends and family and would stay there again when in the area.

Coming back from Penn State with my daughter, I needed a hotel that was about halfway to home. This hotel was very nice, and the staff was superb. Thank you from a VA family.

Positives: Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Great water pressure. Located near restaurants, a shopping outlet with easy access to the interstate. Note: Weather was unpredictable during our stay. My family has stayed here before, so the hotel is not a bad hotel. Negatives: Breakfast wasn’t good or bad. The bed was hard with a very thick blanket on it, so we were comfortable while the air conditioning was on, but once it stopped, we had to pull the blanket off. It was like playing Simon Says all night long. Exhausting! The tv. Could’ve been the cable, I don’t know, but it wasn’t working correctly. The sound would cut in and out.
