We stayed for 2 nights to visit with family in Middletown. The hotel was very convenient for us. We has a 1 bedroom for my husband and I and our daughter and granddaughter. The little one lived the pool. Everything was clean l, staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had everything that we needed! We will stay here agan when in the area.

Great for families with little ones. We were able to keep our 18 months old fruit and milk in the large fridge and wash his bottles and clean his snack box in the sink.

There were a few maintenance issues that seem to be on-going and not addressed. The elevators were not consistently in service (advised because of over use), which made me uncomfortable to use them at all. We opted for the use of the stairs for safety concerns. The lock on our bathroom door was strange and didn't lock correctly. My biggest complaint is the lack of tv channels! There was not one channel for a child to watch, and no access to streaming platforms as an alternative. In 2023, there is no reason to only have 10 channels.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay it was excellent. All of your staff was fantastic. Your waffles were great for breakfast and Brad was an Awesome Personality. He was Very Professional and Helpful. We will Definitely visit again. We will also let our family and friends about how Great our stay was. Peace and Blessings. 😁

No safes in rooms for valuables. I liked the fridge/ freezer. Originally they put us in a room with a connecting door and lots of kids noise next door. I requested a change, and after some resistance, I was moved to a non- connecting quiet room and was very happy. Ice machine worked! They didn’t over stock soap, etc, but gladly supplied if asked. This was my first time staying in a “home Suite,” and it took getting used to- they had a dishwasher, utensils, plates, etc.
