Have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times while visiting family in Frederick, MD. Staff are friendly, comfortable bed, good show. All I need for a comfortable stay.

We were a group of 15 and we called ahead of time before booking to this hotel, we asked if the pool was open and they assured us it was. The only reason we booked with them was because of the pool since we had kids with us. Finding the surprise of the pool not being open once we got there. All the kids were ready to jump in the pool. It was truly disappointing. It was too late to book anywhere else since we had an event later that night.

This was a great place to stay with our family. It was under renovations when you walked in but I’m sure to make it better. It was clean, the staff were super kind, and there were a lot of stores and restaurants in the area. The pool was closed so we didn’t try that. The hot breakfast was great and the hotel was appealing, thank you for a great stay. We will be back next year .

Always stay at the Garden Inn when visiting family in town. Always find the hotel comfortable and the personnel friendly. Hotel is starting to show its age, but will continue to be where I stay. Beds are comfy and nice shower...is all I need.
