The toilet was made for a toddler, extremely low to the ground. My air conditioner had to be reset twice by maintenance because it would stop coming on. Although I had a reservation for 5 days, I would have to keep calling for towels to the room because the housekeeping lady on the floor wouldn’t give me any off of her cart. No remote to the TV was in the room, I had to call downstairs for them to bring me one. There was a standing shower but the drain must have been clogged because your feet were completely covered in water. Happy hour was 12pm-12am but there was nothing happy about it considering they had 2 bottles of wine. Also, there was only cheeseburgers for room service when the sign in the room said otherwise. I will not stay here again, surely there are better options in Inner Harbor.

This was a great neighborhood to stay in. We felt very safe walking around with our kids. The hotel staff was great. Valet service was worth the $35/night. Our air didn’t work in the room the first night- kept shutting off but staff gladly moved our room so we would be more comfortable. It was a pain to pack up and move but in 100° weather we needed reliable AC. Walkable to the harbor, aquarium and baseball stadium.

No AC in room. Room temp was 78 degrees when we arrived with a 10 month old infant. They said they would call you and cancel the reservation but so far looks like they haven’t. They knew the room was awful yet checked me in and figured I’d just put up with it. Scam. Please reverse all charges

Shower backed up immediately. Fixtures and furnishings were old and very worn. Pool was cold and there were no towels. After requesting towels immediately upon entering the pool and staying for an hour, towels never arrived at the pool. Cute duckling family is currently occupying the courtyard. Meh overall but great location for fells point and the aquarium/port discovery museum.

The location of the hotel is great, but parking is $35 per day. The staff is horrible, the pool is the size of a hot tub and require appointments. They hold $75 per day for incidentals. They don’t tell you the WiFi unless you call and request, they will not clean your room unless you request it. At check in I was told they are out of towels and blankets. They have a non smoking rule but as you enter the front desk all you smell is weed, throughout the hotel you will be high , this is not a good hotel for families or anyone that is not up to get high on weed.

Check in was terrible. Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and pullout sofa. We wanted the rooms to be close together and even called ahead before check in and they assured us that is no problem. We got there at 4:30 and the rooms were not ready. They offered us two other rooms but they were not that close. We asked for a discount on the price difference and we were assured will be applied to our credit card. It has not been applied as of yet. The pool size was a joke. It was nothing more than a large bath tub. The website indicates you must reserve a time for the pool. We tried to reserve a time but were advised that there’s no need to reserve a time. When we got to the pool it was packed with children and few adults. Literally no room to move let alone swim. Then at night, realize we didn’t pack a toothbrush. I called down to the office after seeing a sticker on the mirror, saying if you forget anything contact the office for essentials. When I asked for a toothbrush, they gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy. What hotel does not have toothbrushes? I then had to walk the city streets of Baltimore at night to pharmacy. They also advertise a bar and a restaurant at the hotel. The only thing they have is a small bar and food beside the check-in. If the hotel Clerk is checking someone in you can’t get a drink or food. I called the valet in the morning to get my car and waited outside 20 min. No car so I went and spoke with valet said she didn’t know I was ready.

Overall, we had a great stay. Front desk staff and valet were so friendly. For the price our room was great. The location of the hotel is great. We ended up in a room with a handicap accessible shower. It was fine until myself and kids used the shower and the entire floor pooled. We used our towels to dry it up. The water was not flowing towards the drain on the floor. It was behind the toilet and towards the door. I was nervous my kids, 5 and 7, would forget the floor was wet and slip. The patio was a great feature and I got good use out of it. Charles in valet was so nice and accommodating.
