The elevator was down for half a day of my stay. I was on the 8th floor, my family was booked on the 10th floor. It was not possible for some of my family to climb the stairs to our hotel room during this time. Disappointing stay. Staff was nice though.

This property technically has a pool but its available from noon-3pm. Disappointed children on vacations suck. Our room was clean but the refrigerator was constantly running because the ice was so built up, it pushed the door open. Meaning, when was the last time that was cleaned. The room didn't get super cold either but we were able to open the window for cool air. The hotel wasn't bad, it just didn't meet our expectations. Was a great location for walking.

The hotel was clean, great location, friendly staff. A huge plus, known to us when we booked, is you get free access to the MAC fitness facility next door, which is fully equipped for any type of workout including 2 lap pools and a rec pool for kids!

I’m not one to complain, but our stay was horrendous. I paid 480 dollars for the most inconvenient hotel I’ve ever stayed in. None of the guests could easily use the elevators because our key cards weren’t working - it would sometimes take 10 min just to get to our floor - that’s not an exaggeration. The hotel advertised a swimming pool which is a main reason why we booked but it closed at 3:45pm on a Saturday and didn’t open until 12 noon on Sunday. Our room had a broken ice bucket, the bathroom light was just about hanging off the wall, the carpet was stained with blue ink, there was no hotel info/guide with wifi, hotel or menu info, no one would answer guest services or room service lines, no luggage carriers were available and the hallways were 80 degrees. Some of this could be overlooked if we weren’t traveling with a 16 month old. Not to mention everything costs extra money - 25 dollars for self parking, 35 dollars for valet parking and 15 dollars per person for a less than impressive breakfast. I am so disappointed and I can’t believe I wasted this much money here. We will definitely not be returning or recommending to family/friends.
