SpringHill Suites by Marriott Annapolis

Great stay but my only compliant was the room service schedule. If you are staying the weekend, they will not change your sheets until you leave. I went to the front desk and asked them to change my sheets because my toddler wet the bed and when i returned to the room it was not changed. I was told that my room was not on their daily schedule.

Pool was advertised online so I book the room to find out when I got there that the pool was not in service. I didn’t even end up staying at all do to this reason as my children were wanting to swim.

We were staying in Annapolis for our daughter's eye surgery and wanted to be close in case of any issues and this was our first time staying in this hotel. The room was so spacious, and so clean, the accomodations were amazing, and the staff wonderful and supportive of anything we needed. We would highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs to stay for business or a family trip.

I definitely liked this property. It was very clean, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was noise coming from upstairs. Apparently, it was someone's kids, and they were running and jumping on their floor (my ceiling) until late at night. Other than that, SHS will mostly like my go-to hotel when I'm in the DMV area.

This was our first time spending Christmas in a hotel. My grandchildren had a wonderful time. The hotel was close to shopping and activities. The free breakfast was adequate.

Decent breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. The gym was under construction. Our room had some weird electronic device on the room’s door frame. We weren’t the only people to inquire, but the staff were not knowledgeable about what it was. Hopefully it didn’t contain a pinhole camera to spy on my naked children.

The lack of dining on premises for lunch and dinner. The weekend was booked with students who were playing in soccer tournaments, very noisy, and the elevators were very slow due to the kids going up and down constantly. Breakfast was average, and my bed was very lumpy. In a pinch we would consider staying at the hotel again, but not our first choice. The staff were great.

I was extremely disappointed this time with Expedia as records show, I have clearly been a loyal customer but with this booking, I am not sure if I should be using Expedia to make any future reservations. I booked this stay for my family in Annapolis, MD. We had no idea until we got there that the hotel is going through a renovation which wasn't communicated to us at all via email after we booked or prior to our stay. We had a 10 month old baby also staying with us and they were doing full time construction in the lobby from 7am-7pm making terrible loud noise and the baby couldn't even nap at the hotel. On top of that, the construction took over the entire lobby area, the breakfast area so we couldn't even sit there and enjoy a nice meal to start our mornings out right, I was planning on working last Monday, July 3 at the hotel and they blocked off the business center so I had to work in my room with the noise while a baby is trying to sleep. They shut off the A/C in the lobby making it miserable in the summer heat and on top of that, they put a sign up on the elevator saying the water will be shut off on July 4. I mean come on. You come to stay for the holiday weekend and you literally get asked to leave because there will be no water for the guests and no bathrooms on site to use for more than 6 hours and they still charge us full amount. And to add to this list of miserable inconveniences, we couldn't charge our Tesla at the car supercharger as that wasn't working.

Location was close for family members surgery. Didnt like the slickness of the shower without a shower mat. A famil member slipped and hurt her knee while in the shower.

This hotel is conveniently located to Annapolis. Staff treats you like family, everything was clean and well presented. And a great value.
