Love this hotel. Had to change reservation due to a family medical emergency and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Have stayed here many times and will always go back.

The front desk was not kind or helpful at check in. There was limited parking. I was directed to a public parking garage a 5 minute walk away with children. The desk person was not helpful with this situation at all

This is our go-to hotel in Annapolis. Unfortunately you did not meet expectations this trip. I had called ahead to be sure the bar was open so family could meet there for a drink and conversation. Was assured that it was open until midnight Fri and Sat. Got there and sign said bar is closed today. I had to shuffle plans for everyone last minute. Also- the bedside lamp was broken, shower had very little pressure. Just too many small inconveniences that add up when trying to enjoy family.

I stayed at some of the other “cheaper” brands of Hilton and yet they had nicer rooms and amenities. I’m not saying this one was bad. Rather, for the higher price paid for this brand, I ended up in a smaller room with no welcome gift as a member, no free breakfast and expensive onsite parking. Yes, locations do affect the price. But I feel like I’m not getting as much value for the money from this brand. It’s fine for a business traveler, but I’d look for Homewood or Hampton Inn next time when I’m traveling for family vacations.
