Stayed for one night during travel (family of 4). We arranged for an over hour check-in, which worked out well. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

We asked for a room with a seperate bedroom and living area. We got in late and were checked in. The staff at that time were very pleasant and helpful. Once we got to the room we realized the bedding that was available for the pull out couch was used and dirty. It had been balled up and thrown into the closet next to the pillows. The next morning after waking we saw the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned, the sponge was used and pretty disgusting and there was food all over the living area floor. I did share this with the staff on duty at that time. The last night we were there another patron burnt food pretty badly on the stove and it filled our room with the worst smell (burnt fish). It gave both my husband and I headache. Then we believe they left the exhaust fan on all night to help with the smell, which it didn’t help, but it did keep me and my kids up all night as it was very loud. I’ve stayed here many times, and have never had an issue. We were planning to come again this summer but after the condition of the room we do not plan on it. The staff was very nice!

Visiting friends with family, for what we wanted it was fine. It was freezing out, and while the room was warm the heater was noisy. Otherwise it was good

I would rate this a 0 if I could! Our “hot” tub that we paid extra for in our room was ice cold. The staff was very unhelpful and never fixed the issue with the hot tub. Our tv didn’t work and the staff never came to look at it or attempt to fix it. The next day when we checked out, I asked for a partial refund because the tv and hot tub didn’t work and I was told only the manager could do that. He wasn’t there and I was told that I would need to call to talk to him. I called a little later and they told me that he would call me back in a minute and I never heard back from him. It is extremely expensive for what you get and nobody cares. We will definitely never be back and won’t recommend it to family and friends!!!

Do not confuse this property with a real hotel. It is a low-budget, do-it-yourself kind of place to crash more suited for families with kids (and they run up and down the aisles), or the White Claw drinking younger crowd, than it is for older couples used to a few amenities. Fortunately we were on the first floor, otherwise we'd have schlepped our suitcases up the steps to the second one. The room had a bit of an odor but was otherwise acceptable. You'll get coffee, wi-fi, and a TV but that's about it. There's a pool, a few picnic tables, and two gas grills which I quickly closed after I opened them. Front desk staff were friendly though.

We have enjoyed staying at this property 1-2 times each spring and summer the last few years and have enjoyed the clean, comfortable amenities. The hot tub is one of the best in the area and the hotel staff are willing to work with you to make sure your accommodations are comfortable too. I would recommend this property to couples, families and others looking for a relaxed environment with access to many great local attractions!

Pictures look beautiful online however when we got there it was disappointing. Check-in was emailed to us for 3 pm. After a long ride of traffic we got there around 3:20 and was told the room wasn’t ready. I asked when the room would be ready and the staff just looked at me blankly and said they don’t know. We were traveling with a toddler and just wanted a room to settle in. Bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper, our room was missing the toilet paper roller completely and the bathmat was very dirty. Room cleanliness was not terrible but not what we had expected it to be, especially for the cost of the room.
