Front desk staff was lovely during check in. Room 306 was okay; bed is a little old and sheets show sign of wear, but the bed was comfortable. Shower has a plastic curtain rather than a shower door, though it looked clean. Room looked and felt clean overall, but had a stale smell. Our main concern was that we saw baby cockroaches in the bathroom; not big enough for us to complain to the front desk, but the fact that they were present in the room gave me the creepy crawlies. Hopefully this is an isolated issue but usually it's a sign of an underlying infestation somewhere... Management seems earnest so maybe it will get taken care of in a timely fashion.

Nice hotel to stay will family. Rooms were a little bit small but clean and this is better. Nice breakfast .

This is second stay for me and my grandkids. As before the room as well as the rest of the establishment was clean and well maintained. The customer service was excellent! All staff were professional, courteous and presentable. Would recommend this location to everyone.

There were loud employees hanging out and socializing right outside our door on more than one occasion, there weren't any rails/coat hangers for any clothes or even to hang towels after showering, and we found a baby cockroach on one of our jackets the night before leaving. We also couldn't keep the heat on for very long cause it stunk up the entire room. Great location, but overpriced for the quality of hotel.
