The hotel was clean however the room was cool, turned up the temperature but it kept dropping. The shower never got hot, lukewarm at best. Breakfast had a good variety but most options for kids were super sweet. Good location for shopping.

We arrived a little before check in, rooms were not ready but staff let us into pool area for the kids to have fun. Overall hotel was clean and nice, our room had a broken AC that we found at 9pm so didnt figure there was much to do at that time of night, advised staff in am when checking out, and they stated we should have come down and could have borrowed the office fan...seems like AC might be an ongoing problem there.

The property is great. Especially with kids. But the beds are NOT queens. And the pillows are terrible. It took 4 each to make us a little comfortable.

I will always stay at a Hampton Inn moving forward from this experiance. The staff was more then wonderful and accomodating. Specifically housekeeping, [...] and [...]. The breakfast was unbelievable and [...] was very hospitable. I have already recommended this hotel to a family member who is planning to stay at the end of the month. All I can say is WOW!

Staff was so very nice. We were traveling with adult children and grandchildren and were given a connecting room which was so very helpful. All other guests were happy and excited which really reflected back onto the staff being so friendly.

Our first trip to Presque Isle, Maine was wonderful, thanks to a lovely, carefree stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was spotless and comfortable, which was the same throughout the hotel. We have never seen more friendly or cheerful staff. The breakfasts were super. It is in a perfect location, with anything you would need nearby, yet very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely make this our second home when we are visiting family in the area. Thank you Hampton Inn!!
