You will not find a nicer staff. Sure there are nicer hotels around but not for this price and they made us feel like family.

Great location to everything, I will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel needs updating. We checked in and napped for a while. Left for dinner and came back to our entire room smelling like cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming. Talked to front desk agent and she came spray cleaner . She advised that she couldn't move us due to being sold out and asked if my child came with us for dinner because maybe he was smoking in the room while we were gone. It was literally only me and 13 year old. Yes he came to dinner with me.... had no other options so we sprayed Lysol and went to bed. Got up at 6am to go to breakfast in the lobby. Came back and couldn't get into our room. Cards worked but the door wouldn't open..... front desk agent basically broke into our room so we could get our belongings to check out.

We did a last minute casino trip and I decided to stay here again. The first and recent visit was the same. Comfortable beds, super plush pillows, cold a/c, quiet sound proof room (families on our floor across our room- we did not hear crying kids at all.) Free breakfast in the morning is a bonus. Right on the I-10 highway, so easy access off and on. Check-in with Cory was peachy! He is a comical guy and provided a professional pleasant welcome :) Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The carpeting and dark hallways is a little outdated with The Shining type feel but it was still neat. One big downside was the shower was cold. Wasnt able to bathe the kids or wash hair because it was just not warm enough. The breakfast was great and everything else was wonderful.
