The front desk check-in clerk was rude. The swimming pool was not open and it is June. Apparently the pool area needed repairs and/or painting, which I thought should have been done before June. When reservations were made/confirmed, there was no mentionof pool being closed. We had 3 very disappointed kids.

Very impressed! The staff was amazing and so helpful. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfy. The pool was so nice and refreshing after a long drive. The free breakfast had tons of hot options and ran from 6-10. Definitely staying here again when traveling to visit family in the area.

This hotel was easy to find, had friendly staff,and was clean. We slept well on the comfortable bedding and had a wonderful breakfast that was a complimentary perk! We will be staying here often since our child has chosen to attend Morehead University next year!

Hotel was perfect for a stop along the way on holiday travels with a toddler. Literally the only slightly negative thing to say about (and the reason for the less than perfect 5s ratings above) is that the rooms are very soundproof. Fortunately our neighbors were pretty quiet, but with a toddler who doesn't always remember about inside voices (much less quiet cries) I was anxious knowing how much sound travels.
