Because of family matters that arose earlier in the week we had to change our plans. Unfortunately, the room was a non-cancelable and nonrefundable. Hence, we were unable to make any judgment as to the benefits of this hotel.

The check in was fast and easy. The receptionist was so great! She was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was clean. Beds were a little hard and no matter what we did the room was super toasty. We tried the a/c, but it was still very warm. The pool was perfect. My kids enjoyed it very much. Another downfall was the ice machine on the second floor is not working. Overall the stay has been great. My family and i are enjoying it.

Wonderfully close to the airport. I chose this particular hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately the indoor pool was freezing cold and not comfortable enough for my family to enjoy. I did a polar bear plunge and a couple of laps and I will say that it invigorated me enough to get up for our early flight. My kids loved the room. It was pretty suite.

We had booked a different property last heat for KSF. We got moved to this facility due to overbooking. We came back again due to the convenience and friendly staff. They were beyond helpful and kind to us and our children. Highly recommend the suites!

Rooms were very clean and up to date. Very spacious for what my family and I needed. Included a bar area with cabinet space, microwave, and spacey fridge. We would stay again!

The pool was mildewed and there was moldy looking areas. It was also full of chlorine to the point it was burning our noses. The room was decent, but our couch was full of nasty looking stains. The walls were covered in marks and what looked like kids drawing.
