Check-in was simple but the staff seemed too busy to provide any information. We were provided with a single key in a used/dirty envelope. The room was large, had a ceiling fan, clean, and had been updated recently. The ice machine was broken and we had to go to a different floor to get ice. At breakfast there wasn't much available - the pancake machine wasn't working and there were no cinnamon rolls like usual. The fruit available was over-ripe and squishy. It's a minor issue, but we were leaving in the middle of a storm and had to stop elsewhere to get breakfast for our kids.
