Your facility, room, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. The Hallways could use a fresh coat of paint. I loved my stay, but it’s important to maintain that excellence throughout. With such a beautiful facility, it’s important to carry that all the way through. Will definitely stay with you again and very willing to recommend to family and friends.

Check in was very quick as i had pre registered so received keys very quickly. No complaints. Went to room, opened door to find couple in bed. The staff had given someone else the room. Back downstairs to correct. Staff did aplogize but we had a family suite and none were available so our party didbhave tonsplit up on seperate floors due to the issue. Staff was helpful and aplogetic but walking in on a sleeping guest is almost as scary as being the one being walked in on..

Good price, clean and spacious room, very quiet in and around hotel. Some kid pooped in the pool earlier in the day and unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned yet, so it was closed off. Breakfast was really good, nice variety and everything was fresh.

It would be particularly good for people travelling with kids. Nice domed pool and a better than average breakfast.

Nice stay with the kids and they really loved the pool! We usually stay here when we come into town to visit family.

Hotel was clean. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Pool looked nice didn't try because it was loaded. Front desk and breakfast people seemed a little overwhelmed about amount of family's there. Even though full it was very quiet. Elevater was SLOW.

Property really needs better housekeeping. Most areas were dirty and our family did not stay the night. We left and drove the remaining 5 hours home.

One room had drops of blood on the floor. Another was infested with bed bugs. The staff was a little dismissive about being presented with the body of a bug, and even after explaining that the guest was bitten repeatedly the staff acted nonchalantly. The next night, the staff checked in another family into one of the rooms we were staying in, so the person sleeping was awakened to total strangers keying in to the room. Talk about terrifying! The housekeeping staff was attentive, however, and most days the rooms were well maintained. More could be said but there is no sense in nitpicking every disappointment about our stay. Suffice it to say, we won’t be back.

The kids loved the pool. Beds comfortable
