Everything was great other than the pool was not open due to the heater being out. It would also have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room instead of having to use the one in the lobby. Staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was really good. I would recommend to family and friends.

This hotel was so well put together. It was bright cherry and clean. With things to do for the kids too. Very nice common area. Definitely will visit this hotel line agai!

The receptionist was the only high point of the stay. There were kids EVERYWHERE, loud playing on the games late in the evening, taking over the pool and workout room. They laid the trash can liners on the trash can and not installed placed inside the trash cans. The internet was so poor I could not watch the TV as the connection was horrible. Large rooms, but poor use of space. I would never stay here again.

Perfect for a short stay, family of 4 here. Room was clean, pretty quiet and I liked the amenities of having full size soaps and hair products to use so I didn’t have to unpack mine. We used the gym and pool too which were also clean and modern. Nice, basic hotel!

Well the stay would have been great except for the fact that we had no parking on the lot Saturday night and had to walk from the hotel next door.. I asked the kid at the desk where I could park because I couldn’t park at hotel and his reply well sir I couldn’t park her either and had to walk.. I don’t care about him not being able to park at the hotel at all.. he didn’t pay 411$ to stay at the hotel like I did..

We always stay at Tru when in Bowling Green! All the staff that we talked to were always kind.
There was a couple of the things that were noticed. The heater in the pool being broken was one but our kids didn’t care and still enjoyed themselves. We did have the option to walk next door to swim if wanted. Our room was top floor and had some flaws. Needed a little better of a clean on some things, paint rematched on spots on wall and ceiling 😉, and the AC unit sounded like a plane taking off, but those things didn’t out weigh how we feel about the hotel. We will stay again next time we’re back in area. It is a great place and prime location to the mall, Lost River, Chaneys and all the restaurants.

It was a new property and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a room with a king size bed. I felt it was small. It contained one chair and a narrow table on wheels. There were no side tables, just shelves that hung off the wall. There was one lamp across from the bed and the rest was overhead lighting. I did not care for it, but I’m sure I’m not their target market. The only ice machine was on the first floor, as well as coffee, we were on the third. The bathroom had plastic tubs hanging from the wall containing various products, very different. I’d call it minimalist modern. They had a play area for children, a salt water pool, and a good breakfast. I would not choose this motel again basically because I’m use to more luxury. I will say, if you had allergies, it would be perfect as it has no carpeting, wall hangings or curtains, just very modern shades.

Only issue was we could hear people talking and baby crying on both sides.
