The room was clean, the bathroom door would not close, (very inconvenient when traveling with several family members). Sofa bed was very old and lacking. You could feel the springs through the pad.

Excellent stay & staff! The receptionist saw that we were traveling with children & even upgraded our room! Definitely recommend

I will definitely be back to this hotel. I love the decor in and out of the room, it's very clean in there and beautiful. I enjoyed the amenities the fitness center could be bigger with more options, the pool was nice and clean, plenty of chairs and towels. The hot tub was okay, its jets were not really working that great but temp was nice. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was not that great, eggs were terrible. And the lady that helps with breakfast was highly irritating all in my way and helping out with stuff I didn't ask her to help me with. If I need help I will ask until then let me figure out the waffle maker and whatever else. She made my family and I feel dumb and like we were going to break things. Outside the hotel isn't great, parking lot is pretty small and it's a huge gully right out front of it but the location is convenient right by the highway, gas station, plenty of restaurants.

Check in was fine, carpet in the room dirty, seems if you travel with dogs, you pay a lot but get the dirty room, too expensive for what you get, you need stairs to get into your bed, great shower, small sink especially if you travel as 2 ladies, they promote HOT breakfast, waffles but only 1 iron so long wait. Will not use this hotel again when I am coming back. TV not working asked for someone to come never happened, A/C not working properly. First night quiet. second night had to call front desk because of kids screaming, jumping, playing in rooms. After someone from front desk came to that room it still took 30 minutes before it was somewhat quiet. Parents don't care. Was told by front desk staff at check in 'dog walk area behind hotel' guess they don't walk their dogs as that was very limited. But the dirty sticky carpet was just horrible.

The pool was closed and no one told us till after we checked in and we had kids that had been stuck in a car all day and we specially rented that hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Extremely upset.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! Lee, the GM, was exceptionally accommodating & helpful regarding the right room for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound after a stroke. I was able to have her there with me for 2 nights & other extended family was able to come visit her there (she lives in a nursing home). And because of my small car being completely full for my 2-week travels, Lee allowed me to unload it ahead of check-in so I could then retrieve my mother and her wheelchair. He made sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed & he did it with a SMILE!
Additionally, the housekeeping & breakfast staff we encountered were pleasant & really seemed to take pride in their work. Of course, the place was clean (someone is constantly seen cleaning something), comfortable & well-kept. We used the elevator, pool area, breakfast services & the guest laundry & all were in excellent working order, clean & well-stocked. The grounds are nicely kept & the location on Wanamaker is close to gas, dining & shopping.
Whoever hired Lee knew what they were doing. He is a fabulous GM whose kindness, helpfulness & customer service definitely lessened my worries & concerns while caring for my mother. I picked this hotel because of the glowing reviews & here I am writing one of my own. Thank you for a truly memorable stay! - Tamara

The only issue we really had was actually a problem with Expedia. The pictures associated with the Standard King Room were not accurate. I chose that particular room because we wanted to have a space to visit with family who had come up to meet us along the way on our journey. There is NO SOFA in the Standard King Room as pictures on Expedia. Luckily we were able to get an upgrade after we discovered the discrepancy. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and everything was in good shape. The location was super convenient with everything we needed very nearby. The staff was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.
