I had a reservation for a room that I made over a month in advance. When my family and I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel without my consent or any notification and there were no rooms available. We were put in a very bad situation in the night and had to travel to another state to find a room. I know the hotel had my contact info, because they emailed me confirmation, etc. A notification that they were canceling my room would have been nice.

My stay here was amazing! I wished I was staying for longer, my family spent the night on our way from Texas to Michigan to visit family. The pool was smaller but still fun for kids. The hotel was close to stores and such. The room we stayed in was super spacious and the beds were soft. Very clean rooms!

It amazes me that this property was as down trodden as it was. What happened Holiday Inn? You walk into the elevator and they have an empty hand sanitizer dispenser duct taped to the wall? The paint in the room looks like it was slung on by a toddler. I go to work out in the morning and my key card is already turned off. When I ask the manager about it, he says “when were you checking out?” Uh, dude it’s 6 am, I thought I was ok until 11?? Never again, especially for the cost. Sad, just sad.
