Pool lil small, Saturday was full of kids, they left a mess at pool, towels everywhere, there were no clean towels....

The hotel is excellent for business or families. The rooms were very clean and nice, breakfast was a full breakfast and the pool/ gym were excellent. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise an excellent property

This was our least favorite place on our family vacation. Pool towels were not stocked and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing asking for some. Towels in the room were also not properly stocked based on the information I provided when booking through Expedia. Was advised city ordinance only allows 4 people in room even when a room that accommodates 5 people is booked. Was told I shouldn’t book through a 3rd Party Vendor in a snarky way because then I would know that information. I was told I should call and they are always there.

The property is new and fresh. It was extremely clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The gym had everything my family needed to get a solid workout in on the road. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed for three nights over Easter weekend. The only negative was that when we returned back from a workout, maintenance was repairing the toilet roll holder in our room. We were not the ones who put in a work order. We hadn’t even noticed it needed fixing and we were trying to make it to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding on time. I understand that keeping facilities in tip top shape require regular maintenance, however, the maintenance crew continued to stay in our room when we needed to start getting ready and made the situation stressful.
