Great stop! The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the full breakfast!

Promised the kids swimming after a 10 hour drive and the pool was so disgusting it was unswimable!! several lights in the room didn't work

Oh how I wish we'd taken photos, but we got in so late and were so tired only to discover a hotel where EVERY trash can (outside and inside) was literally overflowing onto the floor and into a room that had one bed when our reservation was for 2 queens and a pull-out sofa bed. This was a stop for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) on our way to Colorado. No other rooms were available so the front desk attendant (wish I'd gotten his name) frantically tried to prepare a room (made the bed with clean bedding) to fit us all only for me to discover urine down the side of the toilet which sealed me not staying in that room. An hour later, we made the decision to separate our family. I was desperate for sleep as it had been a long night-time drive and it was now about 11:00 p.m. My daughter and I took the initial room they gave us and my husband and son took the dirty room. Beds were hard. Breakfast was cold and the gal couldn't keep up with the people. The employees present tried but they needed help. I've found that every time we have a problem and have booked through hotels.com, the hotel rarely cares about our problems and we have no financial recourse because of who we booked through. I'm about done with hotels.com because this is not our first bad experience of not receiving what we booked and having no options for a refund without jumping through hoops. Don't stay at this hotel and reconsider who you book through.

We had a late check in due to travelling late. Upon arrival, we checked in and the young girl was not pleasant by any means. Her focus was to get back to her chair to return to what she was doing on her cell phone. Once settled, the room we were put in, didn't have a working toilet and the bathroom floor was sticky. After talking to the front desk "clerk", we were then told we could move to another room. We moved. Then after getting our kids settled and in bed, we realized the AC wasn't working properly. At this point we were beyond exhaustion so we just slept as best we could. To make it worse, our breakfast experience was a fail. While present (within the allowed bkfst duration) the crew turned off the waffel maker that my children use, pulled the trash bags out of the cans and cleaned up. The breakfast woman was extremely rude about it as well. I suppose as guests we were inconvenient and they had other things to move on to that day. Needless to say we considered that breakfast over and left. We would never recommend this location to anyone unless they were just desperate.

Suite was large but cozy. Bed was perfect. Stayed at this hotel numerous times with family. Always a great stay.
