Heidi and Pam were wonderful when we checked in helping us with towels and blankets and making sure we were accommodated like we were family. Ashley was a godsend when we needed a later checkout. Hyvee around the corner. Highly recommend this Hampton!!!

Hampton is always our go to hotel. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel in West Des Moines. This hotel is in need of a make over. We stay for convenience to our family. Hotel has declined over the last 3 years.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and front desk helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. The only issue we had was the children running up and down the hallway several times but there were tournaments (volleyball, baseball and wrestling) in town and it could not be helped. Staff was excellent.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. The pool was warm and the kids had fun.

two baseball teams, one volleyball team and a wedding taking over the hotel. kids running around up and down the hallway. parents taking over the lobby. couldn’t use the pool, too many kids. elevator broken. hotel did not enforce quiet hours.

We didn’t stay. Along with 3 other families checking in at the same time we got refunds Nothing was as advertised. No breakfast, no gym, tv’s didn’t work. They had overbooked and the type of room we had reserved was not available

Room outside to romp for the family pooch and plush enough for human comfort. Breakfast and tea/coffee for everyone. We find this facility is always exceptionally clean and very secure feeling. Staff shows training and a service attitude. Best Hampstead Inn and Suites We have experienced!
