We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, staff was attentive to our room and needs. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. One of the front desk staff, Rhanjani, particularly stood out. She was super friendly and treated our kids as her own, giving them some special treats and attention when the pool was closed due to a passing storm. We are thankful for her kindness.

$161 for 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Perfect for our family of 6. Excellent room. Clean. Safe. The breakfast has chobani yogurt, but no pancakes or waffles (my kids disappointed). The pool and hot tub were overly treated that our lungs and nasals burned. All the guest children swimming were coughing from the fumes. The pool and hot tub water were very dirty.

Our family of 5 appreciates a 2 bedroom suite at a reasonable price, a variety of hot breakfast, a working pool and hot tub, that is in a convenient, yet quiet location! The front desk clerk, Jodi, was outstanding helped us to locate a nice restaurant as well!

The hotel was under construction which we didn't expect, they didn't give us the room I booked, it was supposed to be two queens and a hid abed but it was one king and a hid abed. Lots of drywall dust and the walls were very thin heard kids talking all night and got no sleep. There was plenty of parking but parking lot had nails and staples all over it from construction and not all the outside door work with a key.

Nice lounge area but when when we went to go sit in there to visit with another couple we were traveling with we were told it was closed.....we wentvand sat outside on the curb instead. Great pool area but there were way too many chemicals in the hot tub. It cjanged the color of several of our swimsuits and burned my eyes and the eyes of two of my children terribly. Had to go to walgreens for drops and those didnt even soothe them. They cried in pain for over an hour. This was super dissapointing because we choose our hotels on whether it has a mice pool and spa and if there is a hot breakfast. There was no hot breakfast- I can understand why due to Covid I guess it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We did appreciate the breakfast bags that were provided. Lastly, also due to Covid, there was no housekeeping services. Again, this would have been nice to know upon check in instead of arriving back after a long day to no fresh towels and unmade beds. For me these are some of the perks of traveling and what I am putting my money towards. Also beds were very noisy/squeaky.

Some of the photos posted of this place do not do it total justice. We enjoyed a family two-night, two-room stay and the rooms and surrounding area were great. The staff was most accommodating. We definitely want to stay here again. The breakfast area was very large and the food was plentiful. You didn't have room for all of the selections.

Perfect pool temp, perfect King suite for our family, convenient, clean, comfy bed... it was just a fantastic stay! Our first granddaughter will be born in September in Des Moines so there will be even more frequent trips to the area. This will be our regular hotel!! Loved it.

I was disappointed for a few reasons. The bed was hard and squeaky and we were put in a room that had kids, quite a few, next door and down the hall that were pretty raucous. We had an 8 hr day driving so a little quiet n comfort would have been appreciated. Overall, not too impressed.

Clean, nice hotel. Centrally located to all our needs. Tasty food options near by and easy freeway access. I have used this hotel twice. We like to visit family and sightsee while we are there. This location makes it easy to branch out in any direction, in the the state to day explorations. I travel with kids so the breakfast offered works very well for us, too. I also like how they change up there offerings at breakfast. When your staying 6 nights straight, it is nice to see a change up.

The real concern with this hotel comes with the pool. The tile in the pool is so slick that you cannot walk on it. We had multiple people slip and slide and our almost 2 year old fell flat on his back while walking between the pool and hot tub. The room the pool is in is very dark and the pool and hot tub are not lit inside. The railing on the hot tub was disconnected and we almost fell getting into the hot tub.
The beds are also very high, it was very difficult to climb onto and out of the beds.
There was only a small amount of toilet paper left in our room. We did have 4 adults and a toddler staying in the room.
