Super 8 by Wyndham Oelwein

Clean and comfortable, there for a family visit, did not eat at breakfast.

The desk clerk was super nice and even helped us find a restaurant to eat at. She even called and checked to make sure that they could accommodate our family and to make sure they were still serving food.

First off, our room smelled like an ashtray. They gave us another room, which was better smelling.Toilet in new room ran constantly. I had to reposition rubber seal several times so it would quit running. Beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Booked for 3 adults and 1 child, room only had two towels and I had to request more. Internet did not work half the time. No breakfast due to COVID, but they gave a snack bag only if requested that contained a bottle of water, granola bar or mini honey bun, and a small piece of fruit. Our stay was for 5 nights. Our trash built up and I left it tied up in a bag outside of our room. It sat there for two days before it was picked up. I have stayed at this Super 8 many times since they opened and this was the worse experience I have had there.
