Didn’t like general appearance. Ok if you want a truck stop but not for family. Won’t stay there again.

Overall excellent stay! Clean, quiet, friendly staff, pool was WARM ( our great grandson had sooo much fun) and great breakfast 👍. Had Arby’s, McDonalds, Subway and if I’m right Burger King ALL right there! This was our second stay visiting family and I’m sure we’ll be back again!!

Mostly a good stay. Beds were comfortable, but rooms were not overly clean. There was a definite smell when entering (weed) and there was a musty smell in the room. Breakfast served from 6-9 but we our family of five got down right about 8, there were no eggs, sausage, or cream cheese left and bread was stale. A definite plus was the 3 queen beds in the room. Staff was generally pretty friendly.

The hotel was older but wasnt run down and seemed updated. It was close to the waterpark. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was nice to find 3 queen beds in 1 room for a family.

****Families with small children beware*** We booked a room with 3 queen beds. The beds were very high off the floor. The floors had no carpet, which made the room inhospitable for a family with small kids. Not a comfortable environment for playing around in the room or on the floor etc. Asked for extra towels and was handed a wadded up mess of towels instead of a stack of folded ones. Desk clerk began helping me check in and then took a phone call and instead of placing that customer on hold she made me wait while she did their booking for them over the phone. Unprofessional: you should always help in person customers first. Breakfast was decent but dining room was small. Overall, not a great experience.

We stay here every year for our kids trap meets. Never really have much of an issue. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is great. No housekeeping service on stayovers this year which kind of sucked. One of the rooms near us had people smoking in it that stunk the hallway and other rooms up while we were there. That was probably the biggest complaint. Unfortunately not everyone respects the rules, so it's no fault of the hotels. Overall we will probably still come back.
