The room smelled like urine- I had to go buy Febreze. I think it was coming from the air conditioner so I kept it OFF the entire time. The shower was horrible- I am 5'4 and had to duck to get under the shower head (which wouldn't move) and the water filled the tub so I was standing in ankle deep water. Ew! They said I couldn't leave early because it was already paid in full. Also, they didn't clean the room on Memorial Day- said their staff was with family. I get family is important, but so is your business and the people staying there. Rooms should have been cleaned. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for.

The staff were very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Our anniversery stay turned into a family staycation and they upgraded our room without knowing the change in our situation. It was very clean, comfortable for all of us.
The only downside was the pool was out of service.

The staff are so friendly. So impressed with the services this hotel offers to our military families who are staying here to go to the VA hospital. Rooms are roomy and beds are comfortable.

Stayed here the night before moving my child into college, we walked to a restaurant for dinner, found a good parking spot even though the hotel was booked. The staff was helpful and friendly.

What’s not to like? Close to everything, shuttle service if you need it. Breakfast, and even dinner! Best kept secret keeping you on a budget and very friendly customer oriented staff. Will be my go to for college kid visits!

We stayed in the hot tub room, loved the big room, the price, and location were all amazing! What was not amazing was the comfort of the mattress and the 3 toddler sized pillows for the large king size bed. I was unable to get a good night sleep because it was that uncomfortable. If the hotel owners were forced to sleep in that bed for 2 nights, I guarantee it would be upgraded with better mattresses and pillows.

Parking lot was very dark. Uncomfortable as a lone woman with children.
Doors were propped open and many people smoking outside the the halls smelled of smoke.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

We booked last minute since we were just driving through the town. The check in was ok. The ladies would keep talking amongst themselves instead of directly to me. There was free pulled pork sandwiches, chips and cookies upon check-in. As to why there were so many people in the dining area. The free breakfast was also decent..coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and other pastries. The hotel itself is located right next to a railroad track which we did not hear. It is within walking distance to eating places. The room itself was dated and the beds were not the most comfortable. For a one night stay it did the job. The bathroom was also dated but good. The hotel has 3 floors and has both an elevator and easy to access stairs. Unfortunately, we could hear kids running up and down the hall outside our room. I would stay again on a short stay.

Very clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for getting a good nights rest after a long day on the road. We will be staying here again as we make this trip to see family frequently. A few more outlets or USB charging stations on the nightstand would be helpful.
