Nice spacious room! Walk in closet and all the things we needed to set up the trundle bed were in the room - all our kids got to sleep in their own beds and be comfortable which was great

We loved this hotel. The suite we had was reasonably priced and ample with space for our family of five.

Hotel was very good. I think there must’ve been of shortage of staff as I had to make multiple trips to the front desk for items missing from the room. No soap at the sink, only one bath towel for a family of four and extra blankets as there was nothing in the linen closet. I should’ve taken inventory before my first trip to the lobby. But the woman at the desk was wonderful and trying to do it all herself. The rooms are very good sized.

The best complementary breakfast by far, especially for families. We were very impressed with the clean spacious room that was comfortable, quiet, and safe for 3 adults and 3 toddlers. Thank you for providing a good night’s sleep for weary travelers.

There were a couple of families that let a large group of friends (adults and Children come use the pool. They were in their street clothes and were changing behind a towel. They saved what limited seating there was. My husband and I couldn't swim or sit! They let 6 people in and they were doing flips, shouting. BUT ! none of them had a room. Sunday there was no breakfast food left at 9:30

Check-in on Monday was OK. When we got to the room we found that the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the coffee maker was missing a part. I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning and she pulled a part out of a drawer for the coffee maker and assured me the soap would be taken care of. When we returned to the room on Tuesday evening we found the room unmade and the soap dispenser still empty. I went downstairs to get fresh towels, mention the soap, and ask about the service. I was assured ("I'll leave a note.") that the room would be cleaned tomorrow, and given a dispenser of soap for the shower. On Wednesday when we returned to the room we found the room still unmade. I went back downstairs for towels and reported that the room was not made-up as promised. I was assured again ("I'll leave another note.") that the room would be cleaned. To skip to the end, we checked-out on Saturday our room had never been made-up and we were in danger of running out of TP. Breakfast, with the exception of individually wrapped quiches (which were quite good) and the very pleasant breakfast attendant, was underwhelming. Kids running up and down the hall at 10pm added to the aggravation. If the parents don't have the sense to manage their kids, it is incumbent on the hotel staff to ensure the comfort of their other guests.

The breakfast was awful. When staying at a hotel, having a nice breakfast option is huge for our family. For the price of the room, I expected a decent continental breakfast. We were really let down and ended up spending money on breakfast everyday that wasn’t anticipated on our trip.
