Would have appreciated a heads up that the pool was closed before we stayed since the kids were looking forward to it

Excellent front desk help. They solved a simple TV remote issue immediately, despite having an entire hotel full of soccer families staying there and checking in, etc. Very clean, and was a nice change to have housekeeping included with all fresh towels daily and bed made, trash out, dishes washed, and more. This is the first hotel in a while I’ve stayed at that actually provided housekeeping, and at the full service level. Very unexpected and appreciated. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

It was wonderful! Kennedy at the front desk was very sweet and professional. She made sure we were confortable. The rooms were very clean and believe me when I say that, I’m very picky about cleanliness. We booked a suite and a was perfect for our family. It was home away from home literally. Everything was perfect. I would recommend to family and friends and will definitely come back!

We arrived at the hotel to find the pool was closed. Due to having young grandkids with us, we chose to go somewhere else. We were assured the reservation had been cancelled and we wouldn't be charged. They refused to give us any type of receipt. Guess what, our charge card was charged!

Very nice staff and hotel. Our family enjoyed the time we spent at Homewood Suites. I personally think the pool could use lights and wished the hot tub was in working order.

Had a great stay with the whole family. Clean, comfortable rooms, indoor pool, and a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would defintely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Reasonably priced too!

Everything was great from the food to the pool to the room. Only negative things was the hallway noise was extremely loud (Had a Spanish speaking family with what sounded like a 2 year old up to at least 11:30, yelling in the hallways).

Very family friendly hotel. Mon-Fri, dinner and cocktails are free. Nice pool and hot tub area. Our room was very spacious, even with four kids. Will definately stay again!

my family and i stayed their for 1 night. my kids loved the swimming pool and our room. the staff was very friendly, our tv was not working not only did they fix it, but comped us a free movie to rent. i loved the way the continental breakfast was set up, very cool! i would definetly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Front desk staff was kind and pleasant. She allowed me to check in early. She also provided snacks and water as a courtesy. The room was spacious, which was great for my large family, and it was CLEAN, which is so very important.
