Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenfield, an IHG Hotel

Every part of hotel I saw was spotless. Staff lacked friendliness but was professional which is most important to me. Breakfast was average at best. I would recommend to friends/family and return if I ever stay in the area again. Well worth the money.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Greenfield could use some freshening up (carpets and so on). But the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion and stayed two nights. The front desk clerk was friendly. The breakfast was standard roadside hotel fare. We have no complaints about our stay there.

Good stay. We stayed here last summer and returned because I knew it was a good place to stay. Good variety at breakfast, including hot options. Nice pool and hot tub for the family to enjoy. Comfortable beds, spacious room. Nice to have the mini fridge and microwave also. Also, nice that there are several restaurants and stores nearby. Only negative in this hotel is that the pool area could use some repair. Not the actual pool itself, but the window trim inside the pool area is rusted and not in great shape. This is probably due to the heat and moisture in the room. It was definitely very warm in the pool area for those just supervising kids in the pool.

I booked the room for my daughter and my son to play in the pool. The pool was really nasty is the reason for the poor rating. Everything else was great. I noticed a lot of other families were there for the pool. By Indianapolis closing and taking out pools in their hotels, familes travel to the southside, greenfield etc to get away and enjoy a pool day so the pool being dirty was really a disappointment especially paying over $200 a night.
