Hampton Inn Greenfield

The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was kid friendly. Everything was great! Steve at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! The only mild complaint we had was the beds could have been more comfy but they weren’t terrible. Other than that it was perfect!

Nice place to stay. Right off the interstate for easy access. Hotel looks nice outside and inside. I thought it was a new property but the desk attendant stated they had gone through a magor remodel. Stayed with family and we spent much time downstairs in the sitting area w/a great long table and chairs to be able to mingle with my family. Breakfast buffet was great and always had hot coffee.

This was a late night night stop returning from a family trip home. The front desk service was especially welcoming and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The morning breakfast and coffee were hearty, so i would call this a great stay!

We drove in from Iowa for my graduation at Ball State University when I checked in there was a man at the desk he was super helpful I told him that I had another family member flying in from Las Vegas but then she wouldn’t be until later he asked if we wanted our rooms next to each other close to each other same floor etc. which I thought was so great that he asked and he said that he had a Room across the hall or next to us which I was so happy about. My family member got in late because her flight was delayed but before the 3 PM deadline for check-in it was actually about 1:30 AM. The younger girl at the desk was rude to my daughter when she asked why her grandmother was being put on a different floor from us when that guy earlier said he had a room set up for her next to us and she got an attitude with my daughter and her grandmother stating that she didn’t have any clue about that and that this was the only room left on a separate floor. I was very disappointed. The following night we went outside and when we came back in our key didn’t work and when I asked her about the key she asked me for my ID even though she seen me walking in and out of the hotel for two days and I told her that my ID was in the room in my purse and she said it rudely. There was another lady long dark hair at the desk that was super nice guy was nice maybe that girl should take some lessons from her coworkers. I have no other complaints about the hotel other than the pillows sucked.
