Once you figure out the dining options on-site, it becomes a great place. However, the front desk kid (yes, kid. Might have been 19??) that checked us in didnt mention ANYTHING about the hotel. Thank God for the lady working at the cafe that night. She filled us in on everything. Really needed to know considering we stayed for a week on business. 😑 Overall, a decent stay. And now that we know more, would stay again.

Do not come here with children. First, no one under 21 can enter the casino, which I understand if that is a law in the state (not sure if it is or if it is Ceasar’s choice), however, that means the children do not get to eat at this property. All of the restaurants are inside the casino; There is one breakfast spot that is open for breakfast and a few nights for dinner, with very limited options. But the nights we were there, it was not open. Also-our 5 children, whom are at least 8 years old, but most are teenagers got told they need a parent for following: using the elevators without a parent, walking to get ice without a parent, and using the gym.
Other things to know and issues with our trip: they do not comp drinks in the casino like most other casinos in the United States. Just a heads up.
Booking with Expedia was a problem. The adults in the room has different last names. The two connecting rooms did not show under the same reservation because of that. The hotel should know that this could be an issue and to ask about last names. But instead they made a big deal and needed management to fix it. We visited the front desk multiple times at check in, and got it fixed but except it wasn’t fixed. They only added the second room for one night instead of two. So we get a call from the front desk telling us that cleaning is trying to get into the room and we needed to be out. So two more trip downstairs to the desk was needed. I could say more but I am out of characters.

The Casino is beautiful and kept very clean. Our party felt comfortable walking back and forth to the rooms. The security team is amazing! We stayed during the week, so we dined at the grill every day, missed breakfast restaurant due to staying up all night. My family had a great time and all though it isn't Vegas, neither are the room prices. Thank you Caesars. Tammy Wrona

There are no carts, bell service or valet service. This hotel of 10 floors and 2 wings, has no luggage carts or any sort of service to assist getting items to your room. There is 2 elevators that are needed to take to your room. One elevator in the parking garage, and then another from lobby to the rooms. So taking multiple trips to bring things in and out of the hotel is not easy, especially with a 4 year old and an elderly guest. When I asked the front desk about luggage carts, they were rude and could not provide an answer why this service wasn’t available, other than “they just stopped using them because people wouldn’t return them to the lobby”. This seems like a normal cost of doing business when it comes to hotels, that there would be staff that checks regularly to look for unreturned carts. Entering into the main walkway from the parking garage, smelled very strong of cigarettes and many people were smoking and congregating near that entrance from the garage to the main hallway. Our non-smoking room still smelled like cigarettes. The swimming pool hallway reeked of mold, where I would expect it to smell like chlorine. The bathroom in the swimming pool area, was extremely disappointing as well, all the stall dividers and equipment were covered in sharp rust. I was scared to let my child touch anything fearing she would be cut by the rusty walls. We picked here to try Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant, but no under 21 guests allowed.

As a 28 yr old mom of 5, my husband and I was able to go on our FIRST vacation without the kids , ever. I'm so disappointed. The room ruined a pair of $500 shoes, smelled like mold, and the carpet was SOPPING wet the whole two night stay, and my husband got a piece of glass lodged in his foot.
Called room services immediately, they came in and told us that the car show people probably dumped a cooler out in our floor, shrugged, and threw two thin white towels over the huge soaking wet carpet area.... The white towels turned black....
I busted my bum over and over an over walking thru water with wet heels/ flip flops and then onto the bathroom floor. I have a large bruise on my butt. The smell and the floor made my experience crap, but THEN, I got harassed at the casino over MY drivers license. The guy tried to say it wasn't me because I lost 40lbs from an illness and died my hair. The room was booked in my name.with my debit card.
We couldn't check in till 2 am because the desk told us about an unknown hold and we didn't have the money on our card. Drove 34 minutes to a freaking CVS. SO angry.

I am not very good at giving reviews. This was my 3rd stay at the property since they opened up after the epidemic. That would mean that my family & I liked our experience there. It is a nice place to get away from home for a bit.
