The only reason it did not receive a 5 rating was the fact that the toilet in our room was so low to the ground, it was meant only for a child. It can't possibly be a standard toilet height either. Please, upgrade your toilets!! I just had total knee replacement 10 weeks ago and a toilet that low is absolutely impossible to get up and down on!!

It was clean and quiet, I liked the lobby area. The only thing we didn't like was didn't get a chance to enjoy hot tub and pool because everyone lets their kids run wild and it was always full.

It was very nice to have the room served by housekeeping daily to keep my room fresh. This is often a service that is lacking in other hotels. The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast when I had it was quite tasty and fresh. Having the option to order or have the breakfast bar was nice. It would be nice for a portion of the breakfast to be included in the price of the room but the service was great and the food was better than those that offer it as a part of the room cost so for me traveling for work it wasn't a turn off, if you were traveling with a family and needed to pay this out in addition it might be a turn off.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Rooms are clean. There is a pool but it is very small and chilly. My kids didn’t care. Close to restaurants.

It was convenient for our family to gather at the Hilton. Rooms were nice. Didnt care for having to pay for breakfast concidering the of rooms.

Will never have a room w/ a joining door again, could hear the people next to us talking/laughing clear as day and it was very late at night so it intrupted our sleep!!! Then after our disaster breakfeast buffet we took the kids to the pool and some other kid had an accident in the pool so it had to be shocked and we could'nt use the pool at all!!!
