What I didn’t like was that it’s only one elevator no option to use stairs as an exit if need be. Do to construction. I was told I was in a newly remodeled room. Used toliet paper wasn’t t a fresh roll. Lights flickered over headboard! Walls and door not sound proof heard kids all night and morning!

The front desk attendant was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. With the renovation, even walking the hallway to my room was pleasant. I was impressed with the room layout, color palette, lighting, size of the Tv, comfy bed and the water pressure. What can I say, I was surprisingly impressed all around. I forgot to mention; I also noticed the "noise barrier" if you will. Traffic out side, renovation on the second floor, other people walking the hall and yet I heard nearly any of it. Slept like a baby. Thank you for doing it right. It really matters.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however was not great, the bathroom smells of urine, there was what looked to be poop smeared on the light switch is the bathroom. There is what looks to be vomit on the inside of the bathroom door. Aside from that the kids enjoyed the pool

Unfortunately , we were not allowed to stay because we are fort Wayne locals. I had payed it in full before we even got there. We were going to rent out a room for a family night so our kids got to use the pool and enjoy their night. Receptionist seem a bit rude . When I asked why we were not allowed to stay he said something about being close to a hospital and covid but with a sarcastic/ making fun kind of way. They were kind enough to return our payment. But it was very inconvenient because we had to find a different hotel the same night.

We are traveling with kids and this was a good location for a quick overnight stop. The breakfast was solid and the facilities clean. Just watch out for the huge pothole in the entrance drive.

This was a disappointing stay for sure. The mattress was terrible, was like sleeping on a hide-a-bed with a bar or spring in my ribs. The shower was lined with mildew and I ran out of hot water. Also odd that it was just a shower stall and no tub. The mini fridge sounded like the baby T-Rex from Jurassic World and ran all nigh. I should have unplugged it. I won’t return to this hotel.
