Hampton Inn Joliet - I-55

Julie at the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly, helpful and made us feel like “one of the family”! We met family at the hotel on this trip and she was helpful in getting us next to each other on the same floor. Brought our kids rubber ducks to share with others! We will definitely stay here again bc of her!

Myself and my children enjoyed everything about our stay here. Nice spacious, clean and welcoming. The hot breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here again

My stay was amazing the last two days. I had a couple of small issues that were handled well. Nothing to worry about. The place is very clean, extremely comfortable, spacious, accommodating, friendly, and the staff goes out of their way to help or make sure that your stay is pleasant. I definitely recommend visiting the Hampton Inn off Mall loop drive. Their place is pretty awesome. A great shout out to Erin, Stephanie, and Richard. Very amazing work, and a great job. Thank you for going out of your way staff for our family to enjoy a little get away from home. Housekeeping is awesome. Thank you. 🙂👍👍

Liked the proximity to restaurants and my family. Richard, the front desk clerk who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming

I was very disappointed. The pool was small and constantly filled with children. This was not an adult facility. When i was able to use the pool it was at 7am in the morning and the water was so cold. Ive stayed at Hamptons for 20 years. Pools always warm like bath water. Not this one. Beds were usually firm and pillows also. Beds were soft lumpy and pillows flat and not full or firm. Not the usual at a Hampton.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast every day was spot on, very good. We did not have time to use the pool but it look very clean. Hotel was quiet, no rowdy parties and people. We were on the side of the hotel facing the highway so there was moderate traffic noise in the room, but we were okay with that. We have family in the area and plan on staying here again.

People very friendly. Nice for one night getaway. They had a few kid toys for pool , which was nice if you brought kids. Will go there again and bring my daughter.
