When I was checking in, the associate at the desk was not friendly at all. Her attitude was cold and unkind. I felt like a bother to her. I tried to joke around with her to lighten the atmosphere a bit bit she continued on with negative attitude. Although this part was not so enjoyable, the fabulous young lady serving breakfast was awesome. She was friendly and kind. This is how people should be treated. I thanked her and I appreciated her. When checking out, the young lady at the desk was more than helpful. She had an upscale attitude and it was definitely different from the associate that checked me in. I worked hard and I just wanted to show my children a great time. To have to my day to begin with a bad attitude was terrible. However, the other two young ladies were more than wonderful. I hope that associate changes her attitude because greeting paying customers, who just want a friendly encounter, is very unfortunate and unkind. Have a beautiful and blessed day, evening and night.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were on the better side but could use a little bit of love. The bed was super clean and comfy. The service was excellent and breakfast was good!! The only thing wrong was our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way and the shower head needed updated. That would make a PERFECT room. Well worth the money for our family.

Traveling solo with my 3 kids and asked to extend our stay for another night and was told no rooms available. Online showed plenty of options for rooms. Felt like they just didnt want to help me. So we went across the street to Hampton Inn

We had a nice room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out cot which was perfect for our family of 5!

This was an absolutely unpleasant experience for my family, and I. We will not be returning to this hotel chain in our lifetime. The beds were smaller than the normal queen, the bathroom only had a shower and could not fit two people standing in the bathroom comfortably, the rooms were blazing hot when you entered them, and need some updating. The staff member (SAMANTHA) on the phone and in person at the front desk was an absolute nightmare!!! I have never been treated so rudely or disrespected so much by an employee of an establishment. I then went to read multiple reviews where others that have visited this establishment said the same things about Samantha. It is astonishing to me that a staff member with this much disregard for their guests would be allowed to keep their job. I would never recommend going to this place!!!

This is our go to hotel when we go to Danville. We have stayed several time for the Covered Bridge Festival and our family and friends stayed here fir our sons wedding.

The hotel its self was great. Hot Breakfast was amazing. Beds really comfortable, and AC unit aside, the hotel was quiet. Pool water was cool, still had fun. The property is surrounded by many other hotel chains, a prison, a gas station, and a CBD dispensary that looks like a family friendly restaurant. Nothing else on this highway off ramp.

We were there for a family reunion. We had many rooms booked and had no issues with anything. Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast, the pool, patio, and lobby were all great for us to all gather and enjoy.

The Bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around in it . The sink was on the outside of the bathroom . The room In general was very small . The TV was set on some square mode setting so an already small tv was even smaller . Breakfast was very little selection and by 8am pretty much gone and was not replenished . Multiple birthday parties being held there so the pool was at max with children the whole time . Would not recommend this hotel .

The hotel is very nice but the dogs in the room next to us back a good portion of the night. The room above us had kids who were using the room like a jungle gym. Didn't get much sleep.
