Great place to stay and it was close to my grandkids . There were a few minor things , one was that our toilet needed adjusting, water tank would not refill sometimes and I did mention it at the desk at checkout . Breakfast : scrambled eggs were lumpy , cold and hard . Hot water carafe had cold water , needed it for the instant oatmeal but I used the microwave to heat it up . These last two minors derails I write in my checkin review to the manager .

My family of 5 had a typical hotel experience. We were placed in a room very close to the lobby and breakfast areas. Breakfast was adequate. We did not visit the pool. The hotel keeps a turtle in a water tank in the lobby and my children enjoyed seeing it. They also have a map with pins placed by people who have traveled from all over the world.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, a lot of space inside the room with a sofa and table it fit everything perfect, the personal was very friendly, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

My family and I have stayed at this property numerous occasions. Although it needs some slight upgrading, we are alway satisfied with the overall services and staff.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were clean. We didn’t have much contact with employees but the one we did were nice enough just wish they had more information. The pool was not closed but had to be refilled on the day we arrived and no one said anything as I got my kids to the pool it was freezing cold. My kids would not even touch the water. So for that reason I am very disappointed because that is the reason we stayed here I brought several people to this hotel for a gymnastics meet. Again none of there kids got in the pool all weekend, because the temp couldn’t have been over 60 degrees.

The hotel was nice. The hot tub was pretty dirty. Young kids were fist fighting in the pool area. Then were in the pool the next without an adult. Breakfast was great but staff stand and watch you the entire time.

We have always stayed at this hotel. Friendly helpfull staff. Very clean. Snack bar by front desk. Pool and hot tub. Fantastic hot and cold breakfast! The walls are suddenly super thin. We could hear all the noise from kids and families in nearby rooms. Crying babies, children talking.... but! The guys above us! We could hear their every footstep at first. No big. Then, at 4am, they decided to play WWE. It sounded like they were throwing each other all over the room and laughing. It went on for quite awhile. It finally, suddenly stopped so someone must have put an end to it. But if you're looking for a quiet place to get some sleep, you might be disappointed.

The rooms were fine, but the hotel was booked with kids baseball leagues and a wedding. The pool got out of control, people had the outside door propped open and were partying outside the pool area. Kids were not being monitored and people were loud and screaming until well past 10. I know you are unable to handle the crowds but it seemed like a security guard was needed. My family, including 2 young children, were quick to leave the area because of the utter chaos happening.
