It is a solid hotel with an impressive lobby. Staff was professional and friendly. Warm cookies at the check in were a nice treat. My family and I were given a room on the 3rd floor with a window facing south. The room was clean, but in need of investment. Overall bathroom condition was not great. My biggest frustration was a poorly located towel rack in the bathroom. It was mounted low (wheelchair accessible), and right in front of the toilet so that when I was getting up, my shoulder bumped into it a few times. Bathroom sink had a crack in it, and floor tiles looked as they were painted over and paint peeling off in multiple spots. Closet was also poorly laid out. Hangers were located low, about a foot above a large security safe, making most of the space unusable. Next time I am in the area in need of a place to stay, I will definitely try other lodging options.

Called the evening before check in was told the pool was open. Upon arrival was told the pool was closed we understand things happen but our boys were looking forward to swimming. So we ended up still paying for the room and going across the street to the the other hotel since their pool was open. The staff was very nice and the rooms were nice but since the whole weekend was planned around my kids we decided to pay for the room since we were going to be charged regardless and go to another hotel.

This was for a gymnastics tournament at the convention center adjacent the hotel. Full of families for the weekend. There was a power surge, 2 of 3 elevators were not working and the pool area was disgusting and no towels available for the pool which made the whole floor wet because the kids didn’t have towels to dry off with so every area was slip hazard.

Significant elevator problems & delays. I asked for a quiet room, and a loud family was next to me for the second & third nights of my stay.
