We were disappointed that the pool was out of service. We understand these things happen but it should have been noted on their website. We had been in the car for 13 hours and the pool was the kids treat at the end of a long day.

This was a nice hotel. The pool was a little cold (and small) for my kid. The water in the shower kept turning cold unexpectedly. But other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Clean and quiet budget hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some TLC. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast options were good for our family of 4.

Everything was fine, as expected for a Fairfield. I didn’t have the full experience & had to leave early after my family member passed away.

There was a blizzard and we had a non refundable rate. We wanted to hi but could not because of the weather. Called State Police and were told that interstate 39 which is the only close route, was impassable dow to ice and snow. So. we not only list our room, but also were not able to go to our families.

The general manager is extremely rude and thinks it's okay to threaten 12-year-old kids. She closed the pool for the night and tried to state that the kids ruined her pool so they could no longer swim.

The junior suite had a very small sleeper sofa that only one child could sleep on. My other child had to sleep on the floor.

The first night was fine for me because I need hearing aids but for my husband, the night was terrible. He said he was awake nearly all night because of loud conversations in the hall and people above us jumping on the floor. The second night it began again and I was awake and heard it all. Again there were children up and down the hall and above us again jumping and running. I decided to ask the front desk if there was a quiet time designated. They emphatically declared there was and had in fact been to these rooms to quiet them downs several times. It was obvious they were frustrated with these guests who continued their jumping, doors opening and closing, kids yelling and running in the halls. The desk clerks promised me they would put a stop to it, and miraculously within a very short time, all was quiet and peaceful for the rest of the night. Was truly grateful to them for managing a group of people who had been ignoring their attempts to quiet them down. We had a great second night and would come again. The circumstances were unusual due to an ice storm and power outages throughout the city. Many people had no heat and were forced to find refuge. They had young children unused to being kept in a room. I think we had a good lesson on both tolerance and self assertiveness.

We were in a room surrounded by families with children that were obviously traveling together because they had the doors propped open and were running back and forth between rooms shouting etc.Saturday evening the hot tub was completely full of underage (2-6yr olds) children all the way up to 11pm when it closed. Sunday 6am I went down to use it and there was a sign saying out of order. The place was trashed from the night before, towels everywhere, trash all over, pool and hot tub filthy! We had originally planned to stay at another hotel in the area but decided to pay the $40 difference to get the hot tub! We were very disappointed...When telling the front desk staff about it all she said was sorry, please come again! interestingly enough our room keys had a message on them that said if your not satisfied tell us and we will make it right!

For a family of five, this hotel provided exactly what we needed. The separate area for the sofa bed was great. Extra linens were readily found. Great location.
