Nice hotel, very clean and supporting staff. Great pool for the kids including towel service.

We stayed here overnight on our way home. This is a route we take often but have not tried this hotel before. We won’t again. The pool was nasty, the hot tub was actually green! Told my kids they could get in it. The room was fine there was good water pressure for the shower that everyone needed after the pool. The beds were a little hard but that seems pretty typical to me. The breakfast was good.

Hotel 🏨 seems a little bit run down and noisy with lots of kids.

We went as a family outing because my sewer had to be taken care of. The place was very nice and clean. Some of the employees at the front desk were friendly, some not so friendly. I was very displeased because the cards we received for our rooms kept not working. We were on the 3rd floor so when it didn't work we had to go back down to the lobby and get it re-entered to work. So that meant we had would have to carry all the stuff we had back down to the desk, because we weren't always together. I told the one employee that it had been 2 times already and he never apologized or anything. We should have gotten some kind of discount just for that. Then my other issue was that they said it was pet-friendly but did not mention to us that there was a fee for having the animals. We were charged an extra $33 for that. I only knew about it when I see my banking. Spent more than we should have.

We stayed one night to attend the Barbie movie in Litchfield with family. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was actually smaller than it appeared in the photos but was clean and that area was comfortable for visiting with our family. The breakfast offered a good variety especially for kids that don't really want much. The location of the hotel was great! Only 5 minutes from the drive in and restaurants and shopping.

They charged me for 2 rooms I only needed one for myself and 2 kids. I called the friday before to see if they had 2 beds and she did but she misunderstood and gave me two tooms. When we checked in they caught it and took a room off. We go to our room it was dirty so they moved us. That night at 12:04 am i got a second room charged to my card in the morning i talked to the owner he said he would call have it refunded. He NEVER DID i called today he said he talked to lady who made reservations and i did get 2 rooms and they wont refund me i told her she is wrong i had 2 kids in 1 room why would i need another room. He would not refund my money. Be very careful going here! He also owns the Hampton in Litchfield. I still want my refund!

Very friendly and helpful staff welcomed us. Since this property has changed hands since my last visit in 2013, I had expected it to be updated. Rooms were clean and kids enjoyed the pool. Very limited breakfast options and out of some of the few offerings. A walkable Denny’s a better option.

We visit family here once or twice a year and our 13 yr old great niece loves the pool. The price is great and location is great. Very comfortable beds also.

I had many complaints and have spoken with manager. He is calling me a liar. Allowing staffs child to ride a bike in lobby. When front desk staff is not doing her job watching door as customers are locked out. Not offering any solutions with power being out for hour. And then later has been harassing me and rude to me. I will never stay at hotels of the establishment again due to inexcusable behavior check in and out customer service. Massive amount of unprofessionalism . Worst experience of my life. I have stayed at many hotels and to be treated like this in emergency situations they handled themselves poorly.

Breakfast was great! Room was big and comfortable. My kids even thought the pullout couch bed was somewhat comfortable. I would stay there again!
