It was very clean and family friendly. We could hear the people next door slamming the door and the people upstairs seemed like kids were running around from time to time but otherwise it was a very good experience

It seems to be a brand new hotel. It is clean. It is a bit cheaper than other hotels in the area. Two negative points: the hotel is on a busy street corner, but it is that way anywhere else in Chicago area; and there are no microwaves in the rooms. I understand, they do not want people even to microwave-cook in the rooms, but this is an inconvenience, especially for those who might need to warm up baby food.

Relatively clean, however I arrived with my family at 2:45pm and there was no one at the desk to check us in. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to show up. When he finally showed up, he had a bad attitude and said that check in is not until 3pm anyhow, so I have nothing to be concerned about. By that time it was 2 minutes before 3. And I believe this was the manager. Similar poor attitude from another employee at breakfast. Much of the grab and go stuff was empty at 9am. We asked if there was anything remaining and got an unpleasant response which was repeated when we asked where the microwave was. Overall the hotel was ok but management has a very poor attitude which makes me not want to return.

Property was a little noisy. I assume it's near the airport, hence a lot of families choosing this spot. Nice place, but be prepared to hear parents let their kids stomp, scream and yell..at 7 a.m..right next to your door..and down the hall..annd all the way down the elevator.
