Stayed overnight and parked vehicle for several days while traveling overseas. The shuttle driver was super hesitant to drop off with check in luggages for the family. Upon return, again commented on the number of luggage items and was unwilling to drop us off at the hotel parking. Very frustrating experience. If the shuttle van cannot hold the allowed luggage capacity for international travelers, the hotel show explicitly state this fact. Plus, the hotel front desk did not pick our call upon return- we were stuck with our family at the international terminal and had to wait for the shuttle to randomly show up. Super frustrating; a disgrace to brand Hyatt

The hotel appears fine from the outside and the lobby, but the hallway was in poor condition. There was garbage left by guests for an extended period. The service is also disappointing.I kept a “maid service required” tag outside my room but it was ignored and when I went down and requested service, the housekeeping was called in front of me but no one did anything. There was a fly inside the bathroom, and the pull-out sofa bed had no blankets or sheets. Despite our family of five staying for three nights, we were initially given only three bath towels and sheets. After requesting more, they apologized and provided them. The breakfast area is spacious, but it could improve by offering more choices, especially given its impressive appearance.

We were greeted with not such happy hosts, they were flat and just not very welcoming. We got up to our room and it was very warm in there, we turned the air down and still no better. We went down there and let them know they sent maintenance and they came up and always brought a fan saying it’s the system but the rest of the building was cold. I called and asked for more towels and bedding for our kids they said they didn’t have anyone to bring them down And asked if we would come get them. When we went to the desk for the items they seemed annoyed that we came and asked them and said that was housekeeping. They went and got our stuff but just their attitude they had was horrible. We went to the bar and the gentleman working was so great he made us feel very relaxed and welcomed. I wish I would have gotten his name. The beds were very hard And the pull out mattress sounded very old and uncomfortable. I’m just glad we only stayed there one night. I’ve been to a lot of hotels lately and this was one of the worst.

No the service sucks first the room I asked for two beds because I have a baby child and bathroom with a tub to give the child a bath they told me you came thoroughly a there party talk to them refuse to give a room then the room second day wasnot clean they said you should ask for never heard that before

It was a good 1 night stay to meet family. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Although, it was small. There were enough towels for all to use. The brrakfast was not great but not too bad either. I would have liked more options though, but thats just me. Staff was good and the stay was comfortable.

Reason why this hotel was chosen, late flight delayed overnight. My youngest was overstimulated from the airport. I’ve stayed at Hyatt’s prior & felt it would be the best choice for my children & I. Front desk staff was extremely rude at check in. We arrived shortly after midnight. Upon arriving to our hotel room, I noted the door to be open. We immediately returned downstairs , I was informed “sometimes the doors don’t close fully. Was it cracked or open?” I requested a new room on a new floor. Our second room’s door was fully closed., I did place furniture in front of door for safety as I felt uncomfortable still. If another hotel had been in walking distance (and if it had been earlier in the evening) I would have left. In all my years of traveling I’ve never come across a hotel room with a designated hotel room open. For late travelers, travelers with families or by themselves, safety should always be of importance to any hotel. I’m extremely disappointed in this specific location and our experience. I do not recommend this hotel in Chicago.

Quick overnight to catch our flight home! Great Friendly staff at the front desk. Asked for a baby crib, it was to our room within 15min!

the property didn’t appear so bad but we noticed blood on our pillow so we called to have them changed and after we checked the entire bed we noticed bed bugs on both beds so we had to pack our kids up at midnight to go home worse experience ever and from desk informed us no one was even in at those hours to speak to terrible service

I have stayed at this property twice now and both times me and my family had a good time. It's clean and there's free breakfast. There's a target next to it with a shopping center. It's got an indoor pool which I used during the summer and winter. It's close to the car rental place which takes you to the airport via train. Just very convenient.
